At Gaming PC Financing, we want to ensure your high-performance setup meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your system within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the PC in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent hardware damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the System

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity, and once approved, your refund or financing adjustment will be processed within 5-7 business days.
